Camera: Olympus E620 & Sigma 18-125 lens

Christmas Tree Hunters

On Christmas Eve of yesteryear, a father drives his Model A Ford home from work, stopping along the country road to forage for a suitable Christmas tree.

A young lad in the company of his companion dog, pulls his sled homeward with a cargo of a freshly cut fir tree.

I created this image using my Wacom tablet, &ArtRage 4.5 with some color correction in Photoshop CC 2015.

This image is available as a greeting card, wall print, canvas print, poster, throw pillow, etc at Fine Art America

The Naughty Elf

A rough “pencil” sketch I created in Art Rage 2.5 was imported into Corel Painter IX.5, blocked in and refined…

I’m starting to love the “sketching pencil” in Art rage 2.5… I find it easier recreates the real world pencil experience….
